Days of our Lives

Just a quick update. The highlight of July 2010 was going to Leopold, Mo for a church picnic. The photo includes Fr William, his mother Mary Ann, his sister Danielle with husband Gary, his uncle Mike Frank, his grandmother Adella Frank, Larry & LaVerne Spittler, Jim and Ruth Ostwinkler, and us. The picnic has been going on for 150 years and there were 3000 in attendance. It draws participants from miles around the farming country of Leopold which is located 4 1/2 hours east of Branson. We had a wonderful time. August has been very hot here. Upper nineties and over 100 a couple of days. I attended a conference in Wichita KS for Church Stewardship the first week of August. Have a Parrot Party this Saturday at Murder Rock Clubhouse. Should be great fun.

Amaya Mahoney 1st day of 1st grade 2010-08-11

Mason Kuizinas Update July Pictures

July 4th

We were at Murder Rock Clubhouse celebrating July 4, 2010. Talia Mahoney turns 4 today July 5 and Mason Kuizinas is three weeks old. We had a great time.

Honor America @ C of O 6-27-2010

We were in this room for the afternoon and evening. Stayed for the night and had a relaxing morning before returning home. We were in the park when it started the downpour. Daughter, Kathy, Grandson, Ross and I were soaked before getting back to the room. Neil had left the park earlier to let David, Jill, Mason and Jill's parents, Jim and Janice Travis, into the room to feed Mason before coming to the park. They sure had it timed right. Kathy and I had to pack all the chairs and cooler back to the room in the rain. Actually, it was rather amuzing! The last half of the show in the park was probably cancelled which is too bad because that's when they honor the veterans. The fireworks were fantastic though.

White Water - Branson

We had a great time at White Water today. What a nice place to spend a hot late morning and early afternoon. Ross loved this huge slide-he went about a dozen times. I really relaxed in the wave pool and wandering canal.

Kuizinas First Day Home 2010-06-14

Baby Mason David Kuizinas Born June 13, 2010

These pictures were taken at 2:15 AM just one hour and fifteen minutes after Mason was born. Gorgeous Family - Dad David Mom Jill and Baby Mason.

Neil's Director Chair

Neil purchased his director's chair from our friends The McDowell's in Coldspring, Texas. Now he is happy - sitting up above the rail enjoying his evening drinks.

Clouds in Branson Mo

Two days ago we had the most unusual clouds - the design was fabulous. It only rained for a short time and then the sun came out and we were at the pool.

Phalaenopsis (Orchid) Is Surviving

This beautiful plant was given as a Mother's Day remembrance from The Mahoney's. So far it is thriving. It is so beautiful.

Baby Shower 05-08-2010

The shower for David & Jill's baby (Mason) was a great success. There were about 60 people in attendance. So much fun.

Beautiful Iris

This iris was in the park last night. The park is serene and many different kids of flowers.

Fun Night At The Branson Belle

We had a gathering on our deck (it was a little cool and quite windy) before leaving. We went to the dinner show on The Branson Belle. We were entertained by the "Show Stoppers" and wonderful sining group followed by Mr. Oliver and his talking dogs. What a show! The food was good too.

Tonight we will be going to see Amaya in a school play. She is going to be "The Villain".

New Look - Front Flowerbed

Now this project took awhile - two days of finding and hauling rock. Then working with rocks is not easy when finding their final place and design. We like it!
